JOBS 
- Stimulate Racine’s economic development and job creation through city promotion, a focus on infrastructure improvement and private partnerships.


HOUSING
- Redevelop Racine’s housing through a focus on private home ownership, rehabilitation of existing homes and comprehensive, yet targeted, neighborhood redevelopment. 


CRIME
- Work to eliminate crime and gangs through a combination of the opportunities created by better jobs and enhanced home ownership coupled with a city-wide zero tolerance policy for drug and gang activity.
